Persist at Writing Your Novel

Write Your Novel

Old typewriterMany of us have a novel inside. Cast aside the comments from naysayers, both those whom you know and those inside your head. If you have a novel inside, you can bring it out.

Here is a quote from Calvin Coolidge that reminded me of the efforts we put into writing.

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence.

Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.

Education will not; the world is full of educated failures.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.”

Keep Writing

Keep going and you will have your novel.

To quote Winston Churchill, “Never, never, never, never give up.”
